We hope you love your hat! If you do need to EXCHANGE or RETURN your item(s) please follow the directions below. Thank you and have a sweet day!
EXCHANGES: If you'd like to exchange your item(s) for a different size, style or color, we'd be happy to assist you.
- If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it within 30 days of your purchase date for a new product.
- Exchanges are accepted on unworn (except for trying on the hat), unwashed items with tags intact.
- Process for exchange: Please email contact@jellybeanhats.com to initiate an exchange OR you can mail the item back with a note on your original invoice indicating what item you would like to receive as an exchange. We will ship the new item to you free of charge.
- Cost Process of Exchange: The only fee is the cost to mail the item you would like to exchange back to Jellybean Hats and the difference in price of the item (if not an equal exchange).
- Mailing address: Jellybean Hats, 10 Hartley Farm Lane, Kittery, ME 03904 (please remember to include a copy of your original invoice with your exchange)..
RETURNS: If you'd like to return your item and would like a refund please follow the directions below:
- If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of your purchase date for a refund.

- Process of refund: Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment.
