We hope you love your hat. If you do need to EXCHANGE or RETURN your item(s) please follow the directions below. Thank you.

EXCHANGES: If you'd like to exchange your item(s) for a different size, style or color, we'd be happy to assist you. 

• If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it within 30 days of your purchase date for a new product. 
• Exchanges are accepted on unworn (except for trying on the hat), unwashed items with tags intact.
• Process for exchange (i.e. how to initiate a return, how to contact customer service)
• Cost Process of Exchange (i.e. terms of refund, duration, payment details)
